SAT Prep Course doesn't provide many support options. You can contact Nova for technical support and we found their support staff to be helpful, but FAQs and tutorials are not available.

SAT Prep Course only offers three areas of study: math, reading and writing.

Effectiveness:  

SAT Prep Course covers the basics of SAT preparation but does not attempt to address the ACT or PSAT. Although this product covers the general subjects of the SAT, it does not offer a variety of delivery methods or other effective learning tools such as file cards or study plans.

The redeeming quality of this program is its simplicity in that it's easy to get through, but the simplicity also limits the features and options. This is why we recommend more effective products like SAT/ACT Prep.
